Lay Leadership

The Leadership Circle is comprised of nine groups of Members who are organized into Pods. The Leadership Circle business will be conducted by the individuals who are Generational Stewards, Trusted Advisors, and the Guardians of each Pod who each have a vote. Meeting are open to all members and will be held every other month.
 
The Nine Pods are as follows:

Or HaKesher - Making, Building, & Nurturing Connections

6/2/2024: Members of COA have agreed to suspend Articles VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, and XVI of the Constitution for a period of one congregational year to allow for implementation and assessment of the Leadership Circle for one year.
